A stunning kitchen lies across the rear of the property, offering open countryside views beyond the enclosed garden. The kitchen is Shaker style with quartz worktops with all the modern conveniences you would expect in a property of this standard to ensure a comfortable stay. The stairs to the first floor lead directly from the living area. Here you will find three luxurious bedrooms, each equipped with high quality beds, high quality linen and storage. Easily accessible from the M6 motorway located between Kendal and Carnforth, the cottage is located in the small hamlet of Ackenthwaite only 5 minutes drive from the medieval market town of Milnthorpe. This area has plenty of amenities for your convenience including two supermarkets, petrol station, four takeaways and two country pubs.

Levens Hall and Gardens are equidistant in the other direction, famous for the world’s oldest topiary gardens and a wonderful café, very popular with locals, serving delicious home cooked food.
