Situated in a quiet residential area but only 5 minutes level walk into the town centre, it provides easy access to shops, restaurants, pubs and visitor attractions.
The four bedrooms comprise two doubles, (one with en-suite), one twin and one single room. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath.

The property also has a downstairs toilet and washbasin, making it ideal for the larger family or two smaller families sharing.
Patio doors from the living room open onto a small rear garden which is enclosed, well sheltered and south facing. On sunny days it is a sun trap, providing an ideal place to relax, either in the morning, lunchtime or especially in the afternoon after a rewarding walk.
