The former Royal Oak Hotel, in the centre of Keswick, was architecturally converted into individual holiday apartments. All the amenities Keswick offers are available on the doorstep so your car need never leave its allocated parking space. Fellside is situated on the second floor, with the additional benefits of fabulous views to Skiddaw and Latrigg. There is a balcony leading from the lounge/dining room and a second from both bedroom 2 and 3. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities.

Access to the apartment is through a communal entrance, with stairs and a lift to the first floor and stairs only to the second floor.

Derwentwater and the ‘Theatre by the Lake’ are a 10 minute stroll through the beautifully manicured Hope Park Memorial Gardens, with mini golf, crazy golf and putting. Regular launch trips around the lake are available each day, with numerous drop-off points if you wish to continue on foot.

Keswick is renowned for its spectacular setting, surrounded by mountains, a vast array of outdoor activity shops and a great selection of pubs and restaurants.
