Bedroom 2: With zip and link twin beds (can be super kingsize on request).
Bedroom 3: With bunk bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate.

Small enclosed lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Garage/bike store with parking for 1 car: additional on road parking. No smoking. Please note: There is a step in the garden.

The property enjoys flexible sleeping arrangements and offers either two double beds or one double and one twin, which is great for couples and families. For larger families, the property also offers a third bedroom, with 2ft 6in bunk beds suitable for children, therefore comfortably accommodating four adults and two children.

The property is complete with its own garage, which can be used for parking and bike storage. An enclosed, pet friendly, lawn and patio make a perfect outdoor space for sitting out and watching the local birdlife - it is the ultimate peaceful retreat for your holiday.

Both Keswick Museum and Art Gallery and Keswick Leisure Pool, offering swimming, tennis and cycle hire, are just a short walk away. Take a stroll through Fitz Park, along the banks of the River Greta, to arrive at the abundance of restaurants and shops that Keswick has to offer.
