Kitchen area: with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric cooker, hob with extractor fan and microwave.
Hallway: Leading to the back door with hanging space, boot rack and tumble dryer.

First Floor:
Bathroom: With corner bath, hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with pine furniture and hand basin, glimpse of the fells over the rooftops.
Bedroom 2: Light and spacious twin bedroom with pine furniture, en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.

Second Floor:
Bedroom 3: Eaves super king bed (with two mattress).

All electric, gas, bed linen and towels included.  Cot, highchair, child’s buggy and carry frame are available. Wi-Fi internet connection available.
