Once outside this well-designed space, you have your own private outdoor seating area where you can soak up the morning sun, as well as private parking and access to some great local walks, wildlife and cycle routes.

If you like culture, The Theatre By The lake offers a stunning lakeside location and award-winning arts and drama. Water sports are available on Derwentwater, and if you love outdoor adventure including walking, cycling and climbing you are surrounded by some amazing scenery and routes.
