This studio apartment is only 3 miles from Grizedale Forest, where you can find plenty of walking and mountain bike trails suitable for all the family, and for the more experienced black route enthusiasts. Visit the Rusland Valley which is full of archaeological excavations, including Satterthwaite Bloomery, or explore the Greenwood Trails and Hay Bridge Nature Reserve. Not far is Go Ape, which offers tree top and zip wire experiences, or just down the road is Old Hall Farm in Bouth. Thisworking Victorian farm has steam engines, shire horses and farm machinery, and you can enjoy tractor driving or ploughing, and fresh milk is available at the gate.
