The dormitories are fitted with bunk beds and bedding, linen and towels are all provided. Each dormitory has its own separate showers and communal toilet area, with additional facilities adjacent to the ground floor living space.
On the first floor, an extensive kitchen area with a large fridge and chest freezer, along with two industrial cooking ranges, comes complete with all crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils provided, or catering can be arranged prior to arrival with the owner (subject to availability). The open dining room can also convert to a large meeting room, and leading off this area, a further sitting area with a TV. Ellrigg has full central heating which makes it ideal for stays regardless of the weather.
This accommodation forms part of the estate belonging to the grounds of Blaithwaite House, which offers a wealth of activities made available by the owners (at cost).
