The beach is 20 yards in front of the property and a single track local railway line runs along an embankment behind the back garden. Access to the property is via a rough unmade non tarmac road/track.

Situated on a quiet non-commercialised beach, perfect for beachcombing, bird watching, amazing sunsets and for stargazing in the clear night skies. At the end of the day let the sound of the sea lull you into a deep and restful sleep. The sun room runs the full length of the front of the cottage and is perfect for watching the ever changing seascape just a matter of yards away. Two of the bedrooms have sea views.

This heated, single-storey holiday property is suitable for all year round use and is ideal for experiencing a seaside location while being not too far from the Western area of the Lake District National Park.

Enjoy local coastal and fell walking, bike trails, the C2C cycleway or golf at St Bees, Whitehaven and Seascale. Take time to explore the green valley of Eskdale, the splendour of Wasdale, take a trip on the narrow gauge steam railway at Ravenglass, stroll around the lake at Ennerdale or Buttermere, visit the Georgian town of Whitehaven and its popular Marina harbourside, or take a tour of Muncaster Castle and its beautiful gardens.

A single track railway line runs along an embankment behind the back garden. The property is reached by ½ mile of rough unmade road/track. Shop and pubs 2½ miles
