Renovated in 2019, this single-storey stable offers a great choice for families and couples. Lords View is located in the small village of Ruckinge, near Ashford, and is set within the owners impressive 200 acres comprising of scenic public footpath walks and part of a working farm with chickens and occasionally sheep. With the living room and one of the bedrooms having patio doors, you can enjoy direct access to the garden area. Modern décor flows throughout with lots of large windows creating a wonderful light and airy atmosphere, accompanied by tasteful soft furnishings and gorgeous oak furniture.
Comfortably sleeping 6 guests, there are three bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed, and two with twin beds, and there is a sofa bed in the living room for flexible sleeping arrangements too.
Admire the countryside views with two of the bedrooms looking out over the beautiful setting. Lords View welcomes dogs and encourages you to take lots of family walks and bike rides in this gorgeous setting. For a day out, head to nearby Port Lympne family zoo, the beaches at Dymchurch and in Romney Marsh, take the high speed train into London, alternatively, why not take the Eurostar from Ashford Station to France or Belgium for the day? Ruckinge is a small quiet village with more amenities available in the next village of Ham Street, 3 miles.
Lords View has great access to the nearby wedding venues of Odo’s Barn and Bilsington Priory, should you have an event to attend to. Beach 7 miles. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 2 mile
