Located in the charming village of Bosham, Kilbirnie sits between The Berkeley Arms and the Millstream Hotel on the approach to the harbour. The house is at the centre of this well-known village.

Bosham itself provides good access to Chichester (3 miles away) and the weald and downland of West Sussex. The famous Goodwood House is nearby as are the beaches of West Wittering.

Chichester Harbour provides lots of excellent opportunities for sailing and walking. This self-catering house will provide a wonderful base for your holiday

Accommodation

The interior of Kilbirnie has been modernised to provide light and spacious accommodation. The main rooms on the ground floor include the large kitchen and living area. This area is naturally lit by a glass roof and connects through glass doors into the garden. There is an adjoining dining room and a separate TV room with PS3, and blueray dvds. WiFi is available throughout and there is a BOSE ipod music station. The downstairs utility room has a shower (with steam facility), loo, laundry facilities and hanging area for wet clothes etc. The floors downstairs are either oak or tiled and there are attractive shutters on the front windows.

There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a large double bed. This bed can be converted into 2 singles. Upstairs there are 2 similar rooms which can either be made up as large doubles or twins. There are a further 2 rooms with large double beds only. All the beds have comfortable mattresses. There is an upstairs bathroom with bath/shower and loo. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower and basin. The windows are all double-glazed.

There are some interesting interior design features including a new staircase, and the AGA. The interior has been wholly modernised to a high standard. There is an attractive private garden in which to enjoy BBQs, and offstreet parking at the rear.

What’s included

Heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Quality linen and towels for up to 10 people are provided. You must please however bring your own beach towels. A discount may be applied if your party has less than 10 people and a bedroom or more are not used at all.
