First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and en-suite with bath, shower attachment and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With zip and link super kingsize bed, (can be twin beds on request).
Shower room: With walk-in shower and toilet.

Gas underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Lawned enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Access is via a rough track and there is a pond at the front of the property - children to be supervised.
