There are three things that define Brighton in the public’s mind – the annual London to Brighton car rally for vintage cars, the Royal Pavilion (a former royal palace) and one of only two Grade I listed piers in the UK, Brighton Pier (the West Pier is sadly still closed after a couple of setbacks). Add the new i360 vertical lift viewing platform and the hundreds of boutique shops that make up this quite fashionable of cities, and you have Brighton!

Brighton Marina is not just a place for the rich to “park” their boats, but offers the visitor a variety of leisure, retail (and commercial) activities. It is a lovely place to have a walk, take a picnic, enjoy some refreshments or just simply take in the sea air and watch the comings and goings of the modern-day sailor. Also on the seafront is the Lanes shopping and leisure area, brimming with boutique clothing, antique, jewellery shops as well as restaurants and pubs. And Brighton city centre is, of course, also wonderful for an amble around in the name of retail therapy too! From just a short distance form Brighton you can see Beachy Head and The Seven Sisters Cliffs
