Bedroom 1: With super kingsize bed and en-suite with bath, shower cubicle and toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 2: With double bed, Velux window and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 3: With twin beds and Velux window (occupants of the twin room have to use one of the en-suite shower rooms).

Air source central heating included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Small enclosed courtyard with patio, garden furniture and barbecue.

All properties: Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. 300-acre natural grounds (shared, restricted access when livestock grazing). Play area (shared). Ample parking. No smoking.

A warm welcome with homemade cake awaits you at Flaxmans, tucked away beside the village church in the pretty north Devon village of Parkham. These three spacious properties are arranged around a small courtyard and guests can enjoy a guided tour around the owner’s farm to meet all the animals. Tony’s Tractor and Trailer Trail is much loved by young and old alike, and the children’s play area is the perfect place where the little ones can let off steam. There are many lovely coastal villages to explore including nearby Bucks Mills, Peppercombe, Clovelly with its donkey transport and Hartland.

The delightful port town of Bideford has a good selection of town amenities, restaurants a weekly market and boat trips to Lundy Island. Garden lovers will enjoy nearby RHS Rosemoor and Docton Mill. After a long day exploring this glorious location you can have a break from the cooking and enjoy a meal at the popular thatched village inn just a short stroll away. Take away is available from The Bell, the local pub, just a 5 minute walk away.

The award winning beach at Westward Ho! is just 7 miles, and is renowned for its beauty with 2 miles of sandy beach known as the Golden Bay, and is popular with surfers.
