The property has been decorated and furnished to a very good standard and the open plan living, dining and well-appointed kitchen area makes it easy for guests to spend time together. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, harbour views and a feature fireplace. The second bedroom leads out onto a small patio area with a mirror and water feature. Stepping out, you’ll fall in love with the views from the south easterly-facing patio right above Brixham’s bustling harbour, a 5-minute walk away. The patio is the perfect spot to sit in and watch the sun go down while you sip your favourite tipple, and there’s something relaxing about watching the boats come and go.
