Close to the centre of Bude, this bright coastal home is made for easy beach days, surf trips and relaxed family holidays. Summerleaze Beach is around five minutes on foot, the sea pool is around ten minutes away, and the town’s independent shops, cafés and places to eat are all close by.
Downstairs, the kitchen and dining area is open plan and sociable, giving guests an easy space for breakfasts, packed lunches and evening meals. A separate lounge offers comfortable seating and plenty of natural light, ideal when everyone wants to wind down after a day outdoors.

Practical touches include a utility space with laundry appliances and an undercover drying rack, particularly useful for wetsuits, beach towels and walking kit. Upstairs, two well-presented bedrooms both have super king-size beds, with one able to be arranged as twins on request. The modern bathroom includes a bath with overhead rainfall shower and handheld attachment.
The enclosed garden is a welcome feature for children and dogs, offering a private space to relax after time on the sand.

Further afield, the North Cornwall coast, Tintagel Castle and the Hartland Heritage Coast offer memorable days out before returning to a comfortable seaside base.
