Set in the pretty and quiet little village of Marhamchurch, it is just 2½ miles to the fabulous coastline and popular beaches, including Widemouth Bay and the tourist hot spot of Bude.

The traditional village inn is just a short walk away and has a menu featuring local produce. The village shop is also just a short walk away. Bude has three sandy beaches and a good selection of shops and restaurants, many specialising in locally caught seafood, along with a golf course, tennis, horse riding, an indoor splash pool, surf schools and bowling. The picturesque fishing villages of Tintagel, home to the mystical ruins of a 12th-century castle, Rock and Padstow are close by, and this breathtaking coastline boasts many unspoilt beaches and hidden coves.

The wild beauty of Dartmoor, Exmoor and Bodmin moors are all within easy driving distance, as is the fabulous Eden Project.
