Economy 7 heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Telephone - for incoming calls only. Enclosed garden with garden furniture (shared). Parking at the quay, nearby; unloading at the door. No smoking.

This characterful, listed terraced holiday cottage is set in the picturesque centre of a preservation area of the village of Calstock. This is a south facing village, near to the National Trust property, Cotehele. The Tamar Valley is renowned as an Area of Outstanding Beauty, within easy reach of the south Cornish (and north) coast, Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor and many other attractions, including The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan. There is good walking nearby and a small train to Plymouth and other villages. Tavistock and Callington are 6 miles away and both have a selection of shops and other amenities, whilst a small convenience store can be found in Gunnislake, 2½ miles. In Calstock itself, there is a cafe, which offers vegetarian and vegan options, two pubs and an Italian ice cream parlour. Shop 2½ miles, pub 50 yards.
