Welcome pack. Games room with wood burner, pool table, table tennis, darts, Smart TV and a selection of games. Back garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture, gas firepit and barbecue. 5-acre woodland and paddocks (shared with owner). Hot tub for 4 (private). 1 dog welcome (to be kept on a lead in the garden at all times). Private parking for 1 car. Wheelchair access. No smoking. Please note: No children under 18 years old, except babes in arms. There is a pond in the garden.

We happily welcome two small (or one big), well-behaved dogs to join you on your countryside adventure. Although we kindly ask that your furry friend remains on a lead in the garden, they can freely explore the 5-acres of private woodlands and paddocks which is fully enclosed to roam freely.
