The location is ideal as a base for exploring Christchurch with its famous priory, and the two rivers that run through this charming town. There are a good selection of pubs and eateries, along with a cinema and independent shops. Take a stroll along the quay with waterside dining and a ferry that can take you across Christchurch Harbour to Mudeford. Mudeford Quay is popular for sailing, fishing, kayaking and windsurfing enthusiasts, or a place to simply stroll the prom. Dorset is known for its Jurassic Coastline which stretches a distance of 96 miles from Exmouth to Studland Bay near Bournemouth. A little further afield you will find The New Forest National Park with free roaming ponies, donkeys and cattle. There are numerous villages and towns within the New Forest; a truly wonderful place to explore. Beach 3 miles.
