An immaculate and spacious lower ground floor apartment located under the owner’s home and accessed via some steps. It is 1½ miles from the local beach, the perfect place to enjoy some of the best sunsets in this amazing region. The accommodation comprises a living room with Smart TV and also a double sofa bed. There is also additional access to the patio from here. The contemporary country-style kitchen has all you’ll need for your stay, and from here is where you’ll mostly access the property from. The bedroom has a double bed, and the beautiful modern shower room is bright and includes a double walk-in shower. There’s a handy storage area under the stairs too, perfect for storing your luggage during your stay. Step outside and you’ll soon love spending time in the garden which will be for your sole use during your stay. There’s a patio with a table and chairs, perfect for al-fresco dining and for a peaceful evening drink. You can sit at the bistro table by the brook at the bottom of the garden beyond the lawn, and enjoy the sound of running water and the night sky.

Parking is available at the front of the property for one car.
The surrounding area has many attractions waiting to be discovered such as the local beach at Combe Martin where you can enjoy the stunning sunsets of the North Devon coast and some popular water activities including paddle board tours. On the doorstep is Combe Martin’s very own Wildlife & Dinosaur Park, where in the evenings you might hear the wolves howl, and the surrounding area boasts other attractions such as Cairn Woodland Nature Reserve, Watermouth Bay and the South West Coast Path, the lovely Fuchsia Valley, Watermouth Castle and Theme Park, and don’t forget the nearby town of Ilfracombe with its very own harbour and port which dates back to at least the 12th Century with quality ice cream, fish & chip and various craft shops, not forgetting Damien Hirst’s Verity statue which is a must see.
Trips to Lundy Island, coastal cruises, fishing, sea-life safaris and diving are also all available from here.

Take a trip on the Ilfracombe Princess and see seals, porpoises and sea birds nesting on the cliffs. Try your hand at sea fishing on Blue Fin or take an exhilarating tour of the amazing coastline on the Ilfracombe Sea Safari or on the Hampshire Rose, a former RNLI Lifeboat. Combe Martin is also perfectly situated to the enjoy the countless other North Devon attractions such as the popular Tarka Trail which provides the unique opportunity to follow a disused railway line allowing you to enjoy some of Devon’s finest countryside and scenery, stretching from Barnstaple through to Bideford and beyond. Then there is the stunning Exmoor National Park with its beautiful night skies, just 6 miles away. Lynton and Lynmouth is 13 miles to the northeast with its incredible sea views, rugged cliffs and amazing funicular cliff railway which opened in 1890 and is the highest and steepest totally water powered railway in the world! Beach 1 ½ miles. Pub and restaurant ½ mile.
