It has little through traffic yet is just 2 miles from Exmoor and Combe Martin’s beach, rock pools and choice of restaurants, and 4 miles from Ilfracombe’s spectacular theatre, indoor pool and golf course.

It is surrounded by some of the most dramatic coastal and moorland scenery in England and there are miles of marked foot and bridle paths and cycle ways.

Woolacombe’s 3 mile long, clean, sandy beach is just 8 miles away, and Barnstaple’s traditional pannier markets, leisure centre and indoor tennis courts are a 20-minute drive.
