Well Lodge is a spacious Devon house with lovely countryside and partial sea views comprising an L-shaped living/dining room and sun lounge area with patio doors leading out to the patio and garden areas. On the ground floor, there is also a snug with an additional Smart TV, a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a ‘secret’ shower room with a toilet, wash basin and a kitchen with all the appliances you will need for your stay. Outside there are lovely gardens on two sides of the property with lawns and patio areas.
Berrynarbor is a small and beautiful village on the slopes of a lovely valley which is rich in meadow and pasture land. Berrynarbor covers a large area with many attractions waiting to be discovered such as the hidden away Broadsands Beach voted one of the best in England.

Watermouth Castle Theme Park and Cove. You will find two pubs with gardens and excellent food, the nearest being just 3 minutes’ walk away, quad biking and clay pigeon shooting. The surrounding walks and Coastal Path with stunning views make a walker’s paradise.
Combe Martin is just 1 mile away with a popular beach, gift shops and Wildlife/Dinosaur Park. The surrounding area boasts other attractions such as Cairn Woodland Nature, the lovely Fuchsia Valley, and don’t forget the nearby town of Ilfracombe with its very own harbour and port with various craft shops, plus Damien Hirst’s Verity statue which is a must see.

Trips to Lundy Island, coastal cruises, fishing, sea-life safaris and diving are also all available from here. Take a trip on the Ilfracombe Princess and to see seals, porpoises and sea birds nesting on the cliffs. Try your hand at sea fishing on Blue Fin or take an exhilarating tour of the amazing coastline on the Ilfracombe Sea Safari or on the Hampshire Rose, a former RNLI Lifeboat. The property is perfectly situated to enjoy everything North Devon has to offer.
