This quirky and cosy loft apartment has the most fantastic panoramic views of the river estuary from Dartmouth Castle at the mouth of the River Dart and towards Kingswear. In an elevated position on Above Town and a few minutes’ walk down into the town centre. The Chartloft forms the top floor of a fabulous villa originally built for a wealthy sea captain. The living room features warm oak panelling, reminiscent of a captain’s cabin, whilst the bedroom walls are decorated in shipping charts and the bathroom is painted with maritime flags. .
