Pierhead View is situated at the pier head, overlooking the mouth of the River Exe estuary, between the Mamhead slipway and the working fish quay, which is alongside the entrance to the busy Exmouth Marina with its large selection of water craft and foot ferry.
The apartment is situated at Shelly Court which is part of a friendly local community with its own group of small shops which include a café, crêperie, bistro, pub and sea food restaurant. The accommodation consists of an open plan, fully equipped kitchen/dining/living area which has a dining table and chairs, Smart TV, sofas seating up to four guests and impressive sea views with access to a large private balcony equipped with outdoor furniture and parasol.

The red sandstone cliffs of Orcombe Point at the eastern end of Exmouth beach are designated the gateway to the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. The 2 miles of sandy beaches are equipped with watch towers and are patrolled by day from May to September by trained lifeguards and surf rescue craft. Exmouth offers excellent water sports facilities which include sailing, power boating, water skiing, jet skiing, wake and paddle boarding, wind or kite surfing and canoeing. Coastal and estuary cruises operate from the dock and charter boats are available for fishing trips.

From November to February, the Exe Estuary is home for some 20,000 migratory birds and is internationally acclaimed as a premier European bird-watching site.
The beautiful pebbled heathlands of East Devon with their extensive walks, abundant wildlife, rare plants, and splendid panoramic views are only a few minutes’ drive from the town boundary. The surrounding countryside and many other places of interest are accessible through the local bus, rail and comprehensive cycle and foot path networks. Beach 350 yards.
