Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed, 32” Freeview TV and en-suite with walk-in shower, toilet and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: With double bed, Freeview TV and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 3: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With bath, shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.

Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Large lawned garden with patio, garden furniture, chiminea and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are steps in the garden.

The Lodge is a stylish three bedroom detached bungalow, which is maintained to a very good standard and has been thoughtfully furnished to make guests feel welcome during their stay in Fowey.
Situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, you are just a short walk from the town centre, with its shops, restaurants and quayside amenities. If you require provisions at the local grocery shop/off license or need to send a postcard home then you only have to walk up through to the end of the garden which brings you out opposite the local shop and post office.
This spacious property enjoys a super enclosed garden/patio to the rear and also has the benefit of off road parking for two cars, making it an ideal base for your family holiday in Cornwall.
