Sandpipers is a pretty, upside-down holiday cottage adjoining the owner’s farmhouse and is one of three characterful cottages at this location. There are two cosy bedrooms downstairs and a light and modern open plan kitchen/living space upstairs. There is a large TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs, books and games to keep you entertained or simply curl up with a book and unwind on the comfy leather sofas. With its own private garden, you can enjoy a lazy breakfast while making plans for the day ahead, and you are welcome to use the owner’s fields for games or exercise.



Holsworthy is a historic market town just 2½ miles away with a good selection of local shops, a supermarket, amenities, a golf club and an indoor swimming pool and leisure centre. The village of Pyworthy, with its popular village inn and restaurant, is just ½ mile away. Bude is nearby with its historic castle, vibrant town centre and great range of good restaurants and bars and is perfect for a day out. While water sport enthusiasts can try their hand on the surf at one of the fabulous beaches. There is a range of water sports and fishing available at the nearby Tamar Lakes, as well as coastal and country walking, golf, surfing, horse riding, cycling on the National Cycle Route which passes by the cottage, or simply relaxing in the peaceful surroundings.

There is something for everyone in this stunning location. With pretty fishing villages and spectacular beaches and coves dotted all along this coastline from Padstow, Tintagel, Crackington Haven and Bude in Cornwall to Westward Ho!, Clovelly and Instow in Devon, and for a great day out, the famous Eden Project is within easy reach. Beach 8½ miles. Shop 2½ miles, pub and restaurant ½ mile. The three cottages are able to be booked together to provide accommodation for up to 10 people.
