Set in the quiet North Devon countryside, The Horse Gin and Oak Stall form two beautiful cottages within Higher Blagrove Farm Cottages, a Grade II listed Devon stone and cob barn. Converted in 2019, each cottage sympathetically combines the original character of the old barn with modern living requirements and feature wood burning stoves, double height living spaces, oak flooring, exposed stonework/beams and underfloor heating. The open-plan style cottages are ideal for couples and families and both properties accept pets. Set within the 4-acre grounds of the main thatched farmhouse, the cottages enjoy south facing views over fields towards Dartmoor and access to a stunning landscaped lake with seating and picnic areas.
Higher Blagrove Farm Cottages are situated just off the B3137 South Molton to Tiverton road.
