Once a small bathhouse serving a larger seaside residence, it has been cleverly reimagined as a compact retreat for two. Reached directly from the beach via a shared entrance, it offers a true toes-in-the-sand escape, with sweeping views across Cawsand Bay towards the green hills of Devon. With the South West Coast Path nearby, it is a brilliant base for walkers and anyone who enjoys salty air.
The accommodationis arranged over two levels.

On the lower level there is a snug double bedroom with its own shower room, making a restful place to return to after long coastal days. Upstairs, the double-height living space is open-plan, with plenty of natural light and a compact kitchen for simple suppers. There is a cooker and fridge for easy meals, along with extra chilled storage, and a separate WC on this level is a welcome extra. There is no television, encouraging you to slow the pace, but fast broadband means you can still stream on a laptop if you wish.

Step onto the small deck for morning coffee and sea breezes, then wander along the shoreline to find a welcoming local pub serving good food. Please note that the entrance is shared with neighbouring properties and, around spring tides, access can be affected at high water for a short period, so wellies or sturdy footwear are a good idea. Linen and towels are provided, and one well-behaved dog is welcome to join you for a simple, memorable seaside break.
