Cook and chat in the well-equipped kitchen, linger over supper at the table, then settle in beside the wood-burning stove for board games and late-night chats. Patio doors open straight on to the terrace and garden. Down on the ground floor, a separate cinema room is ideal for a rainy-day film, and there is also a utility room for beach kit plus a handy WC. Sleeping is arranged over two levels, including a ground-floor double bedroom and three more bedrooms upstairs, one with a private shower room plus a Juliet balcony. A family bathroom offers both a bath and a walk-in shower.

Outside, there is space to spread out on the grass, with a terrace and outdoor seating for meals in the fresh air, and a table tennis table for a little friendly competition. Off-road parking is provided for two cars, with garage storage for bikes and boards, and up to two pets are welcome. For days out, the sheltered sands of Kingsand and Cawsand are around a mile and a half away, while the South West Coast Path is close for big sea views.
