Perched above the water in Millbrook, in Cornwall’s quieter corner, this bright family home is all about the view. With the lake stretching out in front and plenty of space inside and out, it is a relaxed base for a group of friends or a family holiday. Sleeping eight and welcoming up to two dogs, it makes it easy to bring everyone along for coastal walks and lazy garden afternoons.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area sets the tone for sociable stays, with room for shared meals and unhurried breakfasts. A fewsteps lead down to a sunken sitting room, where comfy sofas gather around a log burner, and the TV and board games are ready for slower evenings.
