In an elevated position this annexe makes a perfect base for exploring the 13-acre Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty from the doorstep!. All on the ground floor: With wooden floors throughout.

Bedroom: With double bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.
Underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Lawned garden with garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: No children under 12 years old.
Set in 13 acres in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This wing of the owner’s farmhouse is attractively decorated and furnished and comprises ground floor accommodation for a couple wishing to spend some quality time together. The rooms are light and airy, and there is a separate living room and a kitchen/dining room which is well equipped to prepare a romantic evening meal or a light lunchtime snack. The bedroom is cosy with a comfortable double bed, and the bathroom has a shower over the bath to leave you refreshed for the day ahead.
Close to the old fishing villages of Kingsand and Cawsand on the Rame peninsula, and the unspoilt beaches of Whitsand Bay. Kingsand and Cawsand go hand in hand and are located in the south east corner of Cornwall. Each are pretty coastal villages and both have lovely sandy beaches. Whitsand Bay also has a sandy beach and this one is over three miles long, ideal for a romantic stroll listening to the waves.
This area of Devon and Cornwall is ideal for water sports such as paddleboarding and kayaking and keen golfers can practice their swing at Portwrinkle golf course.
The Torpoint ferry is 15 minutes’ drive, where you can sail cross the River Tamar into the city of Plymouth and visit ’Drake’s Hoe’ or the Barbican where the Pilgrim Fathers set sail for America. Other attractions in Plymouth include the National Marine Aquarium and makes an interesting day out. An ideal holiday base for exploring the south coasts of both Devon and Cornwall.
