A superb holiday location nestled on the edge of the Cornish village of North Petherwin, between Launceston and the Camel Estuary. Set within beautiful countryside on the owner’s 140-acre working sheep farm yet just 10 miles from the North Cornish coast, it is the ideal peaceful retreat. These two barn conversions retain much of their original charm with vaulted ceilings and exposed stonework and are presented to a very good standard. There is even access to the lake with wild garden, cabin and BBQ area (no BBQ). The wild beauty of Bodmin and Dartmoor National Parks are both easily accessible and a must for nature lovers and walkers. The coast boasts sandy beaches and hidden coves ideal for surfing or exploring rock pools. Golf, fishing and riding are all available locally.
