Bian Bosdinek is a stunning detached double fronted three storey period property that has undergone a full and comprehensive renovation. All the front rooms of the property benefit from breath taking views over the village of Mevagissey, harbour and the coastline beyond. Be greeted upon arrival by a gorgeous welcome pack including cream tea. The spacious accommodation includes a living room with comfortable seating and an Android smart TV, a dining room with a charming window seat for guests to enjoy the view, a modern re-fitted kitchen and toilet to the ground floor.
To the first floor you will find the master bedroom that has a modern en-suite shower room, the family bathroom and a good sized second double bedroom. Both master and second bedroom with wardrobes and superb views of the harbour and out to sea. On the second floor you will find the third bedroom. The well-stocked hillside terraced garden accessed from the second floor landing, is to the rear of the property and has a patio area that leads to a private decking area with table table and chairs, and great views of the village of Mevagissey, harbour and out to sea.
A pathway leads higher to a bench with higher views. The harbour village of Mevagissey has a good range of amenities including shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways as well as the historic harbour and beach. Within easy access from the village there are plenty of activities and places to visit, including the Lost Gardens of Heligan, a wealth of sandy beaches and the world famous Eden Project
