Summer Breeze is conveniently located in central Newquay, just a couple of minutes from the beach, making it the ideal base to discover this vibrant town on the North Cornwall Coast.
Summer Breeze is an open plan first-floor apartment above the owners’ residence. It has a newly fitted kitchen offering all the essentials for preparing a meal and the living space has comfortable seating with TV. The bedroom has a double bed and en-suite containing an electric shower. The nearest car park is a few minutes’ walk.
There are endless attractions and beaches within walking distance, providing water sport enthusiasts with plenty of opportunity to ride a wave or two! The hugely popular Fistral and Watergate Bay beaches are known for their excellent waves rolling in from the vast Atlantic Ocean as well as their spectacular expanses of golden sand.

Animal lovers will enjoy Newquay Zoo and the all-weather Blue Reef Aquarium, directly on the seafront. The nightlife here is lively, buzzing with an abundance of bars, restaurants, and clubs, offering many different styles and tastes! The town also has many historical areas, wonderful gardens, breath taking coastal walks and stunning scenery.
Venture outside of town and you are in a most beautiful part of Cornwall.

Thriving Padstow, with its celebrity chef links has wonderful restaurants and a lovely harbour, where you can spend an hour or two watching the world go by. To the West lies St Ives, picture perfect and a world-renowned town with excellent galleries, including The Tate, beaches, and traditional Cornish cottages.
There are many transport links, including regular bus services around Newquay and beyond. The main train station is also a few minutes’ walk and enables explorers to access to Cornwall, Devon and beyond
