Courts View is a spacious one bedroom, top floor apartment, finished to a good standard and bursting with lavish features.
The rooms are large with high ceilings, all furnished to complement the grand feel of the apartment. The open plan living and dining area provides a great view of Forde Park, making the living room, with its comfortable seating and TV, a lovely spot to relax in after a busy day of exploring the local area.
Located in Newton Abbot, there’s easy access to Torquay’s town centre which boasts shops, cafés, a museum, a theatre, a marina and lots of places to eat, should you wish to save on the washing up.

This part of the Devon Coast is known as the English Riveria and has some excellent local beaches.
You will be staying in the ideal place for exploring the south of Devon, with its many attractions including Paignton Zoo, Living Coasts, Babbacombe Model Village and several National Trust gems nearby.
If you want to go further afield andare feeling adventurous, then the edge of Dartmoor is only a 20 minute drive away.

Dartmoor National Park has open moorlands, deep river valleys, free ranging sheep, cows and of course the famous Dartmoor Ponies. You can discover its granite Tors, follow its many walks, or seek out its Bronze Age settlements. There’s so much to see and do in the local area that you will want to come back time and time again.
