Situated in a quiet location in the Teign Valley, close to Dartmoor National Park, is this spacious, detached, upside-down house. With amazing views from the balcony off the living room, you can sometimes see deer grazing on the hillside. The property has been decorated and furnished to a very good standard, with oak worktops in the kitchen, an enclosed garden with hot tub and a garden shed with a children’s pool table. There are so many things to see and do in this part of Devon, including Canonteign Falls, which is only 2 miles from Middle Wicket, many National Trust properties and Crealy Adventure park in Exeter.

Haldon Forest has many activities on offer, including cycle ways for off road cycling, a butterfly trail and for the really active visitors, there is a Go Ape.

If you fancy a flutter at the races, both Exeter and Newton Abbot racecourses are close by, or take a trip to Plymouth to visitthe National Marine Aquarium, Plymouth Hoe and the Barbican.

The city of Exeter offers a cathedral, canalside walks and plenty of shopping. Take a walk on one of the many tours that Dartmoor has to offer, or try letterboxing on the moor, a fun way to spend a few hours. This is a great house for families, friends or couples to get together and enjoy the many things to see and do in this wonderful part of Devon. Beach 10 miles.
