This large well-designed holiday home boasts three spacious bedrooms, three large well-fitted bathrooms and a large living/dining room with woodburner and doors to a large sunny covered terrace. It is situated just a few hundred yards from the coast and just a short walk to the beautiful sandy surfing beach, shops, pubs and restaurants of Polzeath.
Just a short drive away are the coastal resorts of Rock and Daymer Bay, where you can find a variety of water sports or take a ferry across to Padstow with its array of pubs, shops and restaurants, including Rick Stein’s famous fish restaurant. Wadebridge is 7 miles where you can cycle or walk the popular Camel Trail.
Also within easy reach are the many seaside resorts on the north coast of Cornwall including Newquay with its famous surfing beaches, zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium or up the coast to Port Isaac, made famous by the TV series Doc Martin, Tintagel, the mythical home of King Arthur and Boscastle with its pretty harbour. Beach ½ mile. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
