Corncockle is a relaxed and well-loved family home that occupies a spectacular position on the north Cornish coast.
From the moment you turn into the private driveway you are struck by the panoramic views over the Atlantic Ocean. With the southwest coastal path just beyond the garden you can explore everything this stunning region has to offer on foot. In a few minutes you can walk to famous surfing beach of Polzeath and family friendly Daymer Bay.
The house is comfortable, unpretentious and well suited for family get togethers. The kitchen is well equipped with a table for informal breakfasts, whilst there is a second dining space in the sitting room, made for unwinding and enjoying the views whatever the weather.

A television and wood burning stove promise cosy evenings on stormy nights.
Downstairs are two bedrooms; 1 twin and a trundle room as well as a small study area for reading or writing. A shower room completes this level.
Upstairs four further bedrooms all have unhindered sea views and provide flexible accommodation. A superking master, twin singles and a twin that converts to a super king, in addition to a shower room and a separate bathroom await you.
From the sitting room step out into the garden where you will find outdoor seating on the terrace and a large lawn for perfect family gatherings. There is a garage perfect for storing water sports equipment and a hot water outdoor shower and parking for several cars.

The area offers a huge variety of activities and sports. Daymer Bay is popular for windsurfing and foiling and behind the beach lies St Enodoc Golf Course, widely considered to be one of the best golf courses in the southwest. Two miles away lies Rock, with its upmarket shops, cafes, bakery and fishmonger and the Camel Ski School. From Rock take the ferry to Padstow, famous for its picturesque harbour, narrow streets and fine dining with Rick Stein’s restaurants and Paul Ainsworth’s Michelin-starred No.6. Alternatively, stay in Corncockle’s garden and enjoy a family game of rounders followed by a sundowner on the terrace.
