Cloakroom: With low level toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With super kingsize bed and en-suite with walk-in shower, low-level toilet and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request).
Bedroom 3: With kingsize bed.
Bedroom 4: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, low-level toilet and heated towel rail.
Underfloor heating throughout (provided by an eco-friendly air source system), electricity, bed linen, towels and fibre broadband Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgates available on request. Welcome pack. Enclosed rear stone-flagged garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture, sun loungers and BBQ. Hot tub for 6 (private). Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is one step down from each set of bi-fold doors and the utility room out to the garden.

Oakwood is perfectly situated for summer days at the beach, being close both to the spectacular North Cornwall coast and to the picturesque Camel Estuary with their rocky coastlines and wonderful sandy beaches. Rock, Polzeath, Daymer Bay, Padstow, Port Isaac, Tintagel, and Wadebridge are all only a few minutes away. For walkers, the Cornish Coastal Path is less than a mile away.
Oakwood is also perfect for spring, autumn, and Christmas breaks with its underfloor heating throughout and wood burner in the living room for added luxury.
The rear stone-flagged garden is enclosed, on one-level, and overlooks fields to the rear - just the place to enjoy the hot tub after a day’s walking or surfing! Beach 2 miles. Shop and restaurant 1¾ miles, pub 1 mile.
