A delightful spacious period stone cottage set within a most sought after location across from the harbour and sandy beach with fantastic panoramic views over Portscatho harbour and Gerrans Bay towards the Nare headland. Located minutes from all village amenities with pubs, café, shops and restaurants. The popular coastal path leading to St Anthony lighthouse and Zone Point includes several stunning beaches on route and is just 100 yards from the cottage.
The house is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout with excellent views of the sea from all rooms apart from the kitchen and one back bedroom.

On the ground floor the dining room is furnished with a table seating eight with a good sea view from the front window. The fitted modern kitchen has a electric cooker with extractor hood, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and range of cupboards and work tops. The kitchen also provides access to the rear courtyard. At the rear of the hall is the shower room with toilet, the superb living room, which extends the full depth of the house, has TV, DVD, CD player and again great sea views from the window and French doors open on to the pleasant patio area suitable for barbecues and al fresco dining.

The central staircase rises to the first floor where there are four spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms have kingsize beds, one has twin beds and one has bunk beds (suitable for children only). There is also a spacious bathroom with toilet. Outside is a rear garden with patio area, while the utility room which houses the washing machine a second fridge and freezer is across the patio. The patio also gives access to the terraced garden via a locked gate, the views from this area are superb (care should be taken due to the steepness of the access).
