Malborough Park is a bright, cosy two-bedroom property, with its own parking space and pretty, private garden situated just outside Salcombe. The property is stylishly furnished, well equipped and sleeps up to four guests.

Malborough Park is a lovely two-bedroom property situated in the village of Malborough, just outside the hustle and bustle of Salcombe centre, which is just a 5-minute drive by road. There are footpaths nearby through the local countryside to the beaches of North and South Sands. The beautiful beaches of both Hope Cove and South Milton Sands are only a short drive away, along with the beautiful South West Coastal Footpath.
The property sleeps up to four guests over two bedrooms and benefits from an allocated parking space about 50 yards from the house. Entry is via the enclosed porch with storage for shoes, coats and beach items (please keep the house a shoe-free zone), and a door leads into the hallway. To your left is the dual aspect sitting room and French doors lead out onto the pretty rear garden.
To the right is the dual aspect open plan kitchen/dining area which is well-equipped with all you need to rustle up a good, homely meal and has an extendable dining table. The rear door leads out onto a gravelled area and up some steps (with handrail) into the rear garden. Upstairs leads to two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom one is a spacious, dual aspect room with a kingsize bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside drawers as well as a Freeview TV, Wi-Fi and main line telephone for incoming calls only. Bedroom two contains a single bed with a pull-out bed beneath for additional sleeping, a bedside table and chestof drawers.
Both give glimpses of the fields beyond the neighbouring rooftops. A modern bathroom with shower over the bath with a glass shower screen, a basin vanity unit, LED wall mirror, heated towel rail and toilet.
The pretty sunny rear garden has a raised lawned area bordered by flowerbeds and a large decking area with a bistro table and chair set for sitting outside and enjoying those summer evenings or clear night skies. The back gate allows easy access to the parking area and handy for unloading. The village of Malborough has a supermarket, post office, petrol station, two pubs, local recreation area with tennis courts and a small children’s park all within walking distance of the property.
