This spacious four-bedroom cottage is set on Great Houndbeare Farm, right on the edge of the village of Aylesbeare in East Devon. Surrounded by 100 acres of woodland and farmland, it comfortably accommodates up to nine guests and welcomes two well-behaved dogs. Ideal for families or groups, the detached property features a private garden with a hot tub and barbecue, plus access to a communal games room, children’s play area and generous on-site parking.
Inside, the main lounge offers plenty of comfortable seating, a large Smart TV and an open fire framed by an impressive fireplace, creating a cosy space for relaxation. The farmhouse-style kitchen is a practical and sociable hub, complete with a large dining table perfect for group meals.

A separate snug provides an additional seating area and opens directly onto the enclosed rear garden.
Upstairs, flexible sleeping arrangements include four bedrooms: one double room, two twin rooms, and a room with an adult bunk bed featuring a double below and a single above. Two shower rooms, each fitted with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, serve the bedrooms and ensure convenience for all guests.
Outside, the enclosed rear garden offers a wide lawn edged with mature trees and shrubs, alongside a patio furnished for outdoor dining. The hot tub provides an inviting spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

The shared external games room is available to guests of all six cottages on the farm and is equipped with a pool table, foosball table and a full-size table tennis table.
