Please note: There are 4 steps from the patio to the upper lawn area and a high drop to neighbouring property. There is a steep, sloping path to the property’s entrance and no vehicular access. The Royal Cornwall showground is within 15 minutes walking distance from the property for those looking to attend some of Cornwall’s biggest events and hidden away at the bottom of the quiet wooded valley below the cottage is the 13th century church of St Breock.
