Your holiday experience begins as you walk up the path towards the property where you are greeted by an expansive curved paved patio area with a stunning view over St Mawes, the Percuil Estuary, and across Falmouth Bay.
The property itself has recently been renovated from a 1930s property to a bright, modern, open-plan chalet bungalow family home. You enter a large oak floored open-plan family space which has a superb sitting area to take in the stunning sea view from the bay window. At the back of this space is the dining area with ample room for all the family to be entertained with an extendable dining table. Continuing with the open plan style is the modern kitchen with a delicate coast grey finish. There is a variety of fitted appliances in the kitchen, and utility room behind, including a range-style electric double oven and hob, tall fridge/freezer, additional small freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.

Put this with the finishing touch of the smooth seamless work surfaces, making the perfect kitchen to cook in style. This space also has a variety of spotlights that create the perfect mood for evening entertainment or to relax.
Set on the left upon entering the property is a second sitting area with a large TV which has double doors that can be left open to create a large open plan area or closed off to create a lovely cosy room for the evenings or the ideal room for the children to watch TV while the adults are wining and dining. This room has a superb sea view from another bay window. Arranged to the rear of the property, also on the ground floor, are two well-appointed rooms which can both be arranged as twin beds or double beds.

These rooms both have fitted ensuite shower rooms with basins and toilets. The rear bedroom also has a large double wardrobe. Also across the hall is a third room currently used as a single bedroom. There is additionally a modern style separate shower room with a toilet. From the inner hall, the stairs rise to the master bedroom which has the best view of all. From its elevated position, the double doors open onto a Juliet balcony providing the most expansive views over St Mawes and across Falmouth Bay towards the Lizard Heritage Peninsular and the Manacles Rocks. It is a bright sunny room with fitted storage space, a television, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath
