Ground Floor:
Open plan living space.
Living area: With Freeview TV, DAB Radio and DVD player.
Dining area.
Kitchen area: With electric oven, gas hob, microwave, slow cooker, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds and additional single bed which neatly stores under one of the twin beds (for flexible sleeping arrangements).
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and Highchair available. Welcome pack. On road parking: additional public car park (£33 per week). No smoking.

Extra Amenities

This is a beautiful home in the heart of Swanage, ideal for your seaside holiday with your family and friends. It has a spacious open plan living area so you can make the most of your time together and upstairs there are two comfortable bedrooms and a family bathroom. Everything is right on your doorstep and within a short walk to the sandy beach, shops, arcade and theatre. There are plenty of activities to keep you busy such as coasteering, paddle boarding and kayaking as well as diving schools and day trips out to go sea fishing.

You can catch the picturesque steam train from Swanage through the Purbecks with its stunning landscape to the 1000 year old Corfe Castle and delightful village of the same name. Durlston Castle and Country Park are within walking distance of the town centre, or you can uncover the history of Swanage at the museum with information on dinosaurs and the Jurassic Coast along with the history of Swanage.

There are a variety of shops along the high street, many of which are independent and well worth a browse. The town has a variety of places to eat out including fish and chip shops, which are a must during your time at the seaside.
