Set on one level, you enter via the conservatory into the large and fully equipped kitchen/dining room, with all the mod-cons to make your break as stress free and easy as possible. The dining area has wonderful views across the garden and fields beyond. In the large yet cosy living room, you have plenty of seating as well as a sofa bed, plus French doors opening onto the beautiful terrace and garden, private hot tub and rolling hills beyond. Off the lounge there is an inner hallway with a games table including table football, air hockey and pool, from where thetwo bedrooms and bathroom lead off.

Outside the large, enclosed garden has a terrace seating area with table and chairs with parasol for outside eating. Then in prime position to soak up the stunning views is the six-seater hot tub, the perfect spot for relaxing while enjoying a glass or two of your favourite tipple after a busy day exploring.
Situated on the Blackdown Hills, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and within easy reach of the Quantock Hills, Exmoor, Taunton and Honiton. For family entertainment, an exciting day out is sure to be had at the Yeovilton Fleet Air Arm Museum, The West Somerset Steam Railway for a trip back in time, or for the younger ones in the family, you will love Crealy Adventure Park, near Exeter plus many other local attractions all listed in the guest information folder.

The Blackdown Hills themselves offer some superb country walking, wildlife, flying for the adventurous at Dunkeswell Airdrome or simply enjoy the many local village pubs to wine and dine. A little further afield, visit the Jurassic Coast, moving on to Dorset, Lyme Regis, Cheddar Gorge and Caves, or even Bath with its many restaurants, shops and museums. South Coast Devon beaches are just 18 miles away and the Somerset northern beach 26 miles.
