Apartment 17 overlooks Torquay’s seafront and is situated above the most popular bars/restaurants the town has to offer. As you enter the building after parking your car in the buildings gated private car park (with allocated space). you walk through the large rear entrance doors and have completely level access to the front door, which is the first door you come across. A massive bonus for those who may not be as able to make the stairs.
Into the apartment and to your left is the open plan living space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all high end appliances and solid stone worktops, and the furniture is all equally top quality. This beautiful bright and airy room has a circular dining table and chairs, sofa and chair seating, and a Smart TV, as well as sliding doors leading out onto the front facing large balcony, which overlooks the entire beach and seafront. The master bedroom features a dressing table, armchair seating, sliding door access onto the balcony and an en-suite shower room.
The second bedroom benefits from plenty of built in storage, a dressing table and access to a balcony. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over, perfect for enjoying a soak after a long day at the beach. The balcony really is the highlight of the property and with more than enough rattan cushioned seating as well as a swinging egg chair, you’ll find yourself spending all your time outside watching the world go by.
What do you need - rural cottage or holiday cottage near the beach? South West England is very hospitable. There is plenty of short breaks with dogs in Cornwall, Tamar Valley or South Coast Cornwall - some have electric car charging points.
