Kitchen: With electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed and door leading to veranda.
Bedroom 2: With double bed.
Bedroom 3: With bunk bed.
Bathroom: With bath, shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.

Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Enclosed tiered garden with veranda, garden furniture and small barbecue. Private parking for 1 car and additional on road parking. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 steps in the garden.

Just a mile from Babbacombe beach and close to Torquay’s centre, Harry’s is a great property for a family to get together and enjoy a holiday in South Devon. As you enter Harry’s through the entrance hallway, there is a downstairs toilet and storage for coats and shoes in the built-in cupboards underneath the stairs. Also on the ground floor there is a large living area with an electric, flame-effect wall mounted fire, a 32" Smart TV and a double sofa bed. There is a door from the living area leading to the outside patio. The dining room/conservatory area, with patio doors leading out onto the outside veranda, is the pefect place to enjoy a family meal whilst admiring the views over the garden. The garden is very pleasant with apple trees and a shed consisting of children’s play equipment for guests to use, as well as deck chairs and a barbecue. Upstairs are three bedrooms, with the master bedroom having a door to the veranda.
