No smoking. Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a spring. There are 3 steps to the garden and a stream in the grounds, 75 yards away.

This superb detached lodge is set in a tranquil, rural location on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The contemporary interior is bright and airy and boasts air source underfloor heating throughout the property. The living area and bedrooms all have French doors with level access onto a large south-facing decked patio with views through the pine trees across the open countryside and three steps down to the garden area. This property is ideal for less mobile guests and wheelchair users, being situated all on one level, ramp access to the entrance, and an en-suite wet room in one of the bedrooms.

It is perfect for couples who are seeking a quiet ’get away from it all’ break with their four-legged friends, and is even complete with an enclosed garden area.
Exmoor is inhabited by ponies and red deer, with heather-clad moors and pretty villages on your doorstep. Visit the highest coast in Britain, Dunkery Beacon, with panoramic views, and Minehead with its pretty harbour.


The property owners welcome electric car owners, and can provide overnight charging facilities using a standard 3 pin plug at 3Kwh at a fixed cost. Please advise if you require this facility in advance. Beach 6 miles. Shop 2½ miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
